I had a science project where we had to make a science story. Can you check the equations and numbers and labels to see if everything is good?Harry, Ron, and Hermione, 3 friends who attend Hogwarts school of witch craft and wizardry decide to practice Quidditch. (A popular wizard sport very much like soccer with three goal posts.) They walk 245 meters in 4 minutes to the broom cupboard. If velocity = distance/ time then the friends velocity must equal 245/240. Therefore on the walk to the broom cupboard they walk 1.02 m/s. Once at the broom cupboard, Harry bumps into his arch rival Draco Malfoy. After Harry grew tired of the insults being spewed towards him about his mother, he took off from rest and charged. Harry started at rest (0) and went to 12 m/s in 5 seconds. If acceleration = (Vf- Vi) / t, then Harry’s acceleration must =(12-0) / 5. Harry accelerated towards Draco 2.4 m/s squared. After a quick duel where Harry, Ron, Hermione jinxed Draco and his friends they mounted their brooms. Hermione weighs 58.98 kg and kicked off at a acceleration of 54 m/s squared. If force equals mass * acceleration, Hermione must of used 3184.92 Newton’s of force. While in the air Ron swung the beater bat with 89 Newton’s of force and the Buldger (a magical ball hit like a baseball, instead geared to knock Quidditch players off their brooms) traveled 39 meters before hitting Harry right on his scar. Since Work = Force * Distance, Ron exerted 89* 39 Joules of force. All together Ron exerted 3471 Joules of force. Due to the overwhelming force that Harry endured he was knocked off his broom. Right before Harry fell off his broom he was hanging on by the tip of his fingers. Harry weighs 63.5 kg and was 91.44 meters in the air. Since Potential energy = m*g*h, Harry’s potential energy must have equaled 63.5*9.8(free fall)*91.44. Harry’s over all potential energy equaled 56903.11 Joules. Suddenly dementor’s from Azkaban arrived on the field in search of the notorious murderer Sirius Black. The dementor’s despair spread through Harry’s body making him loose control. Suddenly all of Harry’s potential energy turned into kinetic energy. Since kinetic energy equals potential energy (since none of the variables changed) Harry fell at a power of 56903.11 Joules, landing with a sickening crack breaking all of the bones in his legs. Hagrid rushed Harry to the infirmary where a leg exercise machine fixed his leg. The leg machine used 40 watts of power and used 50 joules. Since time = watts/work. The amount of time the leg machine was use was 40/50. The machine took .8 seconds to fix his leg! After the whole ordeal the three friends went to the Halloween feast and ate until they were stuffed. Resolved Question: Why is it that my body doesn't seem to be growing but I'm constantly eating and working out?

I've looked all around for answers to my strange situation (what I think of it now) but I haven't found anything of any use. I am Male, 18, 5'8.5, 130lbs. I am a very athletic person, I have literally no body fat (like 1.5%) and a very strong muscle structure. I am constantly eating anything that is really in sight. If I eat a meal 20mins later I start eating again. I've tried protein shakes, I eat fairly healthy but I also eat a good amount of junk. I've been trying to understand if my body just needs to constantly eat so that I can keep up with me playing sports and such. My mom says that I'm growing, but I haven't really grown in weight or in height that much. My weight does fluctuate a lot but usually goes between 127.5lbs-134lbs. I would really like to know what's up with my body. Am I actually growing, just in other aspects other than height? Am I gearing up towards something? Or what's going on? Oh also I have a fraternal twin who's always been ahead of me in growing, even though he's never matched my physical strength or athleticism (if that's of any help). I really want to grow, my college Baseball coach and my previous coaches I feel look down on me because I'm smaller, even though I've always had some of the best stats on any team I've been on. And if I could just grow a little it'd take me much further with my abilities

Bob doesn't suffer stupidity well at the best of times but this Ozzie Guillen, Miami Marlins nonsense has really grinded my gears. I have read the articles and I also read the comments below.......and I am flabbergasted at how naive the American people are when it pertains to Cuba, Fidel Castro, history outside of their own and just plain old common sense. So, it's not really a hockey question but I have to know how hockey fans feel. 1. Do you side with the Marlins or Ozzie? 2. Why or why not? Timothy's answer is a prime example of what I am talking about. Ask any person who has lived in Cuba? I have been to Cuba 8 times. I've lived the real Cuba....I have been to Havana, I have been through the Sierra Maestra moutains where Fidel hid out, I have been to baseball games in Manteras....and the American Government and propoganda has you all brainwashed. Resolved Question: Is it time to ban all professional, college and lower level spectator sports?

I have said for a long time that pro sports are generally stupid and we don't need them, especially until we deal with our other problems and get our country straightened out. Then, a man gets beaten nearly to death in California at the time of a baseball game, and fans are routinely unruly and violent in and out of the stands. I would have said limit it to the college level on down. But now the University of Kentucky has disgraced our nation with their unsportsmanlike rampant mobs that have set cars and other objects on fire, warranting the police to come out in riot gear. THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL THEY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED any further in this tournament, and this shows irresponsibility on the part of the NCAA, in my opinion. You would think it would stop here, but we also know that even on the children's level, games are prone to become violent if parents disagree with calls, with outcomes or whether their children get to play enough. I say it's time to shut it all down, period, and I don't care about the non-offensive people who are respectful. The weirdos, the nutjobs and the drunkards have ruined it for everyone as far as I'm concerned. Well, what do you think, if there are any non-hot dog loving, sober people on here?
