Open Question: what shoes, jewelry, makeup, and hair to wear with a black lace (with nude under) it's also knee lenght?

I have a wedding to go to in a couple weeks and I bought a really cute knee lenght black lace dress with a satin belt that ties in a bow, http://photogallery.thestar.com/1084271 (This is the dress) but I'm not exactly sure what to wear with it. I was thinking about wearing my black strapy heels they cris cross over the toes then have a strap around the ankle and zip up the back with a satin bow on the back of the shoe and the heel is silver i also have a few different all black pumps but I think the strappy heels would look cute with some black and silver jewelry i also have this little clutch purse that is silver Sparkle with black lace Ive top of the silver do you think it would look good???? and what about makeup and hair??? my hair is a darker red color layered at its longest point its at my shoulder and its straight should i put it up or down?? should I make my makeup dramatic or suttle??? I want to look hot meeting some of my boyfriend friends for the first time any help would be great!!!! I have this pretty knee lengthen strapless dress. I can't decide what shoes to wear! The easiest would be wearing silver flats(i already have them, i don't have to spend my money). And plus, they are comfortably. But I am going shoe shopping tomorrow, so I can get a different pair if need be. I will add color by using a black shaw over thingy and jewelry. My hair is red. Open Question: Should I tell him? Or keep my mouth shut?

I'll try to make this short. But Basically, I know this guy who has a terrible girlfriend. She seems to be just using him. For example; * He drives her EVERY where. * When they fight she makes it so that he is the one in the wrong which results in him paying for shoes/jewelry to basically stop her being mad. * He works to pay MOST of the rent just to keep her in the state and the rest of his money goes to her (shoes, jewelry, etc) And there's just so much more. Now as a mate should I say something? Because he gets really depressed but it's his first serious girlfriend. Got the info from him, and it's getting near to their 1 yr anniversary.

Open Question: How can I tell if my gauge is infected, or if it's a blowout?

I know those are two totally different things; but I honestly can't tell the difference because I've never had an infected piercing and I've never seen a blowout in person before. I had my ears at a 4g for a month and my ears were fine and perfectly healthy, so I decided to size up to 2g. The taper went in without a problem, with only a little soreness but no pain/bleeding/etc. I took all sterilization precautions possible. About a week later (last Saturday) I noticed my ear was a bit swollen and red and sore. I took out the plug I had in and it had white blister looking things around the front and one on the other end. I cleaned and salt-water soaked both my ear and the plug, and since I was nervous that I would have to downsize (which I really don't want to do) I sterilized the 2g taper and put it in. The next day the swelling went down, and it didn't look as sickly as it did the night before. I've been cleaning it twice a day since. The front blisters are scabbed over, my ear isn't red or swelled anymore; but the back of my ear where the other blister was it looks like a little mountain or something of skin on the edge of the hole. I'm also using acrylic jewelry (yes yes I know bad idea for stretching but it's all I have) which is why I assumed I just didn't sterilize it well in the beginning, and it was an infection. My right ear is also scabbing in the front and I have no idea why. Long story short; does it sound like an infection that is healing, or like a blowout? Please help I'm new at this lol :c My ears have never responded poorly to acrylic jewelry; I've been stretching my ears for about 9-10 months now and they haven't given me a problem, so I honestly doubt it's the jewelry even though everyone says acrylic sucks. I don't have the money to buy steel/glass/metal plugs.
